I came home from work today to find an unexpected package at my door. Turns out that Light & Tasty Magazine publishes a compilation book each year of recipes that were featured in their magazine. I won a recipe contest last year and had my Goat Cheese 'n' Veggie Quesadillas recipe published in the magazine's March issue. So, I was also included in the cookbook and got a complimentary advance copy!
